Feet on the Ground

Remove your shoes if possible.

Feel your feet firmly planted on the floor or ground.

Press down slightly and notice the weight distribution, temperature, and texture beneath your feet.

Imagine roots growing from your feet into the earth.

Example: Standing in your kitchen, feel the cool tile beneath your bare feet. Notice how your weight settles into your heels and the balls of your feet. Press down gently and imagine strong roots extending down through the floor, through the foundation, deep into the earth below, anchoring and stabilizing you.
